Emerging details have it that there is no end in sight in the raging war between Mudashiru Obasa, the Speaker of the Lagos State House of Assembly, and Saharareporters.com.

Societynow.ng learned the fight has now become a personal one between Obasa and Omoyele Sowore, who owns the popular news platform.

Societynow.ng gathered that for Sowore, the issue is now that of honor and integrity in the face of insistence by Obasa and his handlers that Saharareporters.com is ‘’a liar’’ and ‘’blackmailer’’ platform.

Obasa maintains his stand in the face of the reports by Saharareporters.com laced with documents.

The Lagos Speaker has also initiated a mega-money court action against Sowore and Saharareporters.com to prove his ‘’innocence’’.

The move by Obasa has, however, not slowed down the popular news platform from its ongoing expose of corruption against the Speaker of the Lagos State House of Assembly.

Insiders disclosed that Sowore has vowed to ensure the corruption allegations against Speaker Obasa reach its logical end with a prosecution – and if possible, a conviction in the face of mounting pieces of evidence.

Societynow.ng learned  Obasa has taken steps to ensure the ‘’situation’’ with Saharareporters.com does not feaster into the larger media space in the bid to salvage the little he can from the mess in protecting his ‘’image’’ – while he explores means to put a stop to the onslaught from saharareporters.com.

‘’But I don’t see Sowore yielding to put a stop to the revelations of corruptions against Obasa, especially with blackmailer and liar tags the speaker and his crew have put on him and his news platform’’ societynow.ng learned.
