Superstar model and runway king Aknbola Charles Odunlami known simply as ‘Kinbo’ has died.
A dominant name during the St. Moritz Style Collection and Nigerian Fashion Show era, he passed away on November 25, 2025, at 53. He was born on August 25, 1972.
His final rites begin on December 16, 2025, with a Christian wake keep at Savage Compound, 129 Apapa Road, Ebute Metta, Lagos.
The funeral service holds the next day, December 17, at M.K.O. Gardens Estate Hall from 10:00 a.m., followed by interment at Atan Cemetery.
Kinbo ruled the runway alongside Charles Toye and Seyi Brown. Seyi Brown is currently abroad reinventing himself in stand-up comedy, while Charles Toye continues to grow his CT clothing brand and career as a travel consultant.
Kinbo is survived Kinbo is survived by an aged mother, siblings, wife and his children – Akinwande, Akintunde and Oyinkansola.
