Out Of Sight Aiteo Boss, Benny Peters Now Officially A Wanted Man

Out of sight oil baron, Benny Peters is now officially a wanted man.

Information filtering in revealed this development is the result of the latest action of anti graft agency, Economic and Financial Crimes Commission.

According to information monitored on online platform, Saharareporters ‘’ EFCC, has officially declared businessman and managing director of Aiteo Group, Mr. Benedict Peters wanted in connection with a case of criminal conspiracy, diversion of funds and money laundering’’

The move by the agency headed by Ibrahim Magu is believed to be the fallout of inability to reach the embattled oil man linked to the $115m (N23bn) bribe given to officials of the Independent National Electoral Commission by a former Minister of Petroleum Resources, Diezani Alison-Madueke, during the build-up to the 2015 election.

He is also said to be wanted for questions concerning role in mega money crude swap deal doused in allegations of unremitted high value products

Since he became a person of interest of the anti corruption agency – against the background of arrests and ongoing prosecutions of others facing similar allegations – Mr Peters had scampered underground.

And remains in hiding in the face of talks of sightings here and there, including report of currently holed up in Ghana.
