Navy Commissions 5 Key Projects At Its Training Centre In Osun

On Thursday 27 February 2025, the Chief of the Naval Staff (CNS), Vice Admiral Emmanuel Ikechukwu Ogalla represented by the Flag Officer Commanding Naval Training Command, Rear Admiral IM Albara commissioned five projects at the Nigerian Navy Centre of Education and Training Technology (NNCETT), Ile Ife , Osun State.

It is in continuation of the CNS’ commitment to promote the welfare of NN personnel.

The commissioned projects include:

a. Sick bay 

b. Armoury

c. Dining Hall/ Galley 

d. Commandant’s accommodation

e. Deputy Commandant’s accommodation

In attendance were the Executive Governor of Osun State, Ademola Jackson Adeleke represented by the Special Adviser on security matters, Barrister Samuel Ojo, the Director General Air Force Research and Development Institute Osogbo Osun State, Air Vice Marshal P Oahimire,  the Chief of Staff Army Engineering Construction Ede Osun State, Colonel OO Akinfotire, Group Captain A Bello, the Commandant Air School of Safety, Ipetu Ijesha Osun State and Prof Bello Dean of the Faculty of Education Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife.

 Also at the event were the Royal Fathers including His Imperial Majesty, 

Ooni Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi, Ojaja the Second, Ooni of Ife who was represented by Sooko (Dr) Elugbaju Kemade and His  Majesty,  Oba Hezekiah Adeniyi Owolola (Ogogo11), The Adinmula of Ifewara.
