Governor of Ogun state, Ibikunle Amosun was a no show at the talk of the town wedding of Zahra, daughter of President Muhammadu Buhari.

The wedding with cemented matrimonial ties between the president’s daughter and hubby, Ahmed – son of billionaire Mohammed Indimi held at the Presidential villa, Abuja on Friday December 16 2016.

It was a roll call of all the President’s men and perceived enemies in and out of his political party, All Progressives Congress.

Even party leader widely reported to be at odds with the President and doused with talks of ill health, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu made it a point of duty to attend.

Lagos Governor Akinwunmi Ambode also made it to the event. Same for money man Femi Otedola and Africa’s richest Aliko Dangote.

Digs by societynowng.com revealed quite a number of ”big names” fought hard to be a part of the celebration.

Amosun with a stroll in the park access to the villa was absent at the event many fought hard to be seen at.

”He was out of the country” a source disclosed.

But checks revealed he returned, after the event.
Though he was said to have been represented at the event by wife, Olufunso emerging reactions claim the development a ”grave signal”.

In face of different interpretations that currently rage regarding the absence of the governor, President Buhari called off a planned state visit to ”jaw jaw” with – one thing is clear, there is a air of mystery around it.
