Mamman Vatsa’s Son Haruna Kicks The Bucket

Haruna, the son of Mamman Vatsa – the senior army officer executed in 1988 by military president Ibrahim Babangida for alleged involvement in a coup attempt is dead.

His death came after a lost battle with “illness”

He reportedly died Tuesday afternoon in Kaduna according to communication from the Niger State Government.

Haruna was Director General Protocol to Governor Abubakar Bello at the time of death.
Details of his burial plan are yet to be released.
