Sources confirmed that the order of the Inspector General of Police Adamu Mohammed did not hold water in Imo state.
The IGP ordered a 6.00am to a 6.00pm restriction of movements during today’s election.
Those on ground insist contrary to the directive from the nation’s number one police officer there is free movement of persons and goods in Imo state.
