The Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) have confirmed the death of Pastor Dare Adeboye, the 42yr old miracle child – and of the sons – of General Overseer Pastor Enoch Adejare Adeboye.
The head of the Media and Public Relations of RCCG Pastor Olaitan Olubiyi stated ““It is true. The incident happened in Eket where he was based. I don’t have the details for now. Maybe before the end of today, we will issue a statement.” in a report monitored by societynow.ng on thenationonlineng.net.
The reaction was in response to news of the demise of the younger Adeboye in his sleep over night.
The deceased married to Temiloluwa Adeboye – with children – was the Assistant Pastor in charge of the Region (Youth) 35.
He was said to have ministered at the RCCG parish at Eket, Akwa- Ibom state where he is based and retired to bed and passed on.

Popularly called Pastor D, he reportedly served at RCCG House of Praise Birmingham, United Kingdom; Senior Pastor, Kaduna — RCCG Kaduna 1 Provincial Youth Pastor & RCCG Region 8 Youth Pastor and Abuja (North Central Youth Evangelist covering all the YOUTHS, RCF, RCCF, & PSF in the states of Niger, Benue, Kwara, Kogi, Nasarawa, Plateau and FCT).
He is nicknamed “Miracle Child” because his father, General Overseer Adeboye insists that his birth put the devil to shame.
