He just made his sister, Mrs Ogechi Lolo the Commissioner For Happiness and Couple’s Fulfillment in Imo State.

The appointment announced along with those of 27 other new commissioners in the state has attracted immeasurable attention and hordes of derisive comments on and offline.

The thrust of the raging abuses being heaped on Okorocha for making the appointment is “what is the job function” of a Commissioner for Happiness and Couple’s Fulfillment.
