FRSC Creates Awareness On Highway Safefty In Ember Months Campaign
to sensitize road users, especially passengers on the proper use of highways.
As part of its ongoing ember months safety campaigns to promote road safety awareness, staff of the Corps Public Education Office (CPEO) held a motorcade procession to sensitize road users, especially passengers on the proper use of highways.

The motorcade procession took place on Thursday November 7, 2024 and passed through major routes within Abuja; including Jabi, Utako, and Begger roundabout.

The event was designed to educate road users, particularly passengers, on safe highway practices and the need for them to speak up against reckless driving.

Highlights of activities include distribution of flyers highlighting highway safety tips, display of banners with safety messages and interaction with passengers and road users to promote safe practices.

The motorcade procession was a successful event that effectively sensitized passengers on the proper use of highways. CPEO remains committed to promoting road safety awareness and encourages continued public support.
