Our administration remains steadfast in its commitment to the independence of the judiciary, ensuring that the rule of law and the principles of separation of powers are upheld.

We have fully granted financial autonomy to the judiciary and legislature, paving the way for numerous transformative projects in the past year, including the creation of a new Benue State Judiciary website, the renovation of courts and judges’ residences, and the construction of new courts across the state.

May God bless the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Benue State, and all of us as we strive for justice and fairness in our beloved state.
