Anointed! Anointed!! Anointed!!!…Gov Nyesom Wike’s Men Sing Song About Town As They Move To Leverage On Investment Of Bringing Pastor Enoch Adeboye To Rivers Christmas Carol

“Anointed! Anointed!! Anointed!!!” That is the latest sing song of Gov Nyesom Wike’s supporters about town according to sources on ground.

Information revealed this development is in reference to respected pastor, Enoch Adejare Adeboye’s attendance at the Christmas Carol Organised by the Rivers State Government.

The most senior pastor at Popular ministry, Redeemed Christian Church of God and the State Chief Executive Officer sat close together at the event.

Supporters of the Governor facing investigations over alleged threats to kill a compromised electoral officer are now

attempting to use Pastor Adeboye’s sparkling image to white wash that of their patron.

”They are now claiming Pastor Adeboye known to be a spiritual person, wouldn’t have attended the event, to the point of sitting close to Wike if the state Governor is as bad as painted by opponents

”They are trying to tap into Pastor Adeboye’s anointing to launder Wike’s image about town, that it means he has an anointing of sort for Adeboye to publicly identify with him…anointed is there latest slogan” a source disclosed.

Societynowng.com gathered the administration of Governor Wike spent a bit of money – specific amount not yet ascertained – to put together the Christmas Carol held at the stadium.

Rivers state has been a hot bed of violence in recent time with opposition party led by Minister Rotimi Amaechi accusing the Governor and his backers as master minds.

Things came to a head in the recently held rerun elections into National and state assemblies.

A police officer was killed and his ordeal was beheaded in the gale of violence that rocked the process.

The Governor got caught up a leaked audio that portrayed him as threatening to kill a compromised electoral officer.
The state government has since disowned the recordings, even as police set up a probe panel.

Just as the opposition accuse the Governor and his followers as behind Rivers violence, so do the state helms man and his people point accusing fingers at former governor amaechi and his crowd.

And now based on information filtering, Governor Wike’s and his sympathisers are trying to use the popular pastor’s attendance to create an edge in the raging Rivers conflicts – using the sentiments of ”religion” and ”holiness”.
