Biyi Otegbeye is back on the ballot paper in the race to determine the next Governor of Ogun state.
An appeal court judgement reportedly returned him as the candidate of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) today, January 23, 2023.
A High Court judgment removed the gubernatorial candidate backed by Senator Ibikunle Amosun last year. The decision has been upturned by a higher court today.
Today’s judgement paves the way for Otegbeye and his backers to start campaigning for the election that will hold in a couple of weeks.
