On Saturday, October 14, 2023, Abdul Samad Rabiu, the Chairman of BUA Group donated N2Billion to rebuild the iconic Zaria Central Mosque.
The over 150-year-old Central Mosque located in Zaria, a part of Zazzau Emirate Council, Kaduna State collapsed on Friday, August 11, 2023.
Here is the moment the definition of best business practices made the huge donation with the declaration that “In supporting this effort we are not only preserving something of historical significance but also investing in education and empowerment of people within the Zazzau emirate and other parts of Nigeria”
One of the nation’s biggest employers of labor whose foundation, ASR Africa Initiative just started the construction of a N2.5Billion Oncology Centre in Ilorin, Kwara state – among other big money crucial interventions in health, education, security and social developments across the continent – urged other stakeholders to be part of the rebuilding of the historic central mosque by coming together as a united front fostering unity and progress.
