Update As Mike Adenuga Plans October Wedding To Remember

The unofficial richest man in Nigeria, Mike Adenuga, is planning a wedding.

The wedding, informally dubbed the “October Wedding to Remember” in high society, is for his daughter, Folashade.

Folashade, the executive founder of Quicklaw and handler of high-value international partnership deals and mega-money property portfolios, is gearing up to become Mrs. Ogunsanya.

The wedding of the lovely being believed to be named after Chief (Mrs) Folashade Margaret Akande, the elder sister – and mother figure – of the Billionaire fondly as addressed as “Chairman of Chairmen” is set for October 26.

Insiders, however, disclosed that arrangements regarding the upcoming talk-of-the-town event are being revised.

The inestimable wealth and owner of the pride of Africa—Globacom—is believed to have decreed a review of the planning to make the ceremony more “secure” and safe from “carpetbaggers,” following the leak of the date and the increasing attention to the wedding.

Although widely acknowledged for his generosity—with far-reaching helping hands—Adenuga is a rarity in public places, jealously guarding his private space.

Because of his immense status in and out of business, being seen at his personal events—like the upcoming wedding of his daughter—is considered a validation of the high-net-worth clout of the attendees.
