Untold Story As Transport Union Gags Chieftains In Face Of Ex-Chairman Olohunwa’s Release In Murder Case

Emerging details have it that the leadership of the National Union of Road Transport Workers has ordered all chieftains from commenting on the murder case rocking the association.

This is especially as Olohunwa, the former chairman of the Lagos state chapter who is fingered as prime suspect secures “freedom from detention”.

Olohunwa was arrested based on the revelation by a self-confessed assassin, Ade Lawyer – Adeola Williams – that he sponsored the attack that resulted in the death of Ganiyu Ayinla popular known as Pinero.

Ade Lawyer claimed the original target was Kunle Poly – real names Kunle Lawal – the branch chairman of Idumota.

Acting on this revelation and other damning claims by Ade Lawyer, the police had arrested and paraded Olohunwa for murder.

He was thrown into detention as the case(s) against all those involved in the criminal allegations against was finalized.

But information saharareporters.com credited to police sources claims Olohunwa secured “freedom” from detention on Monday.

The move was reportedly based on agreement with investigators he would make self available whenever needed.

Societynowng.com revealed this development comes in the face of clear directive by the leadership of the transport union he belongs that all chieftains are barred from making public comments on the case.

“Anybody that flouts this directive faces severe sanction, including possible expulsion” a source disclosed.

Further revelations revealed the directive is part of multifaceted approach to take the “murder case” and associated mess it has splattered all over the NURTW and it’s backers off the face of the public.
