As we prepare for the gubernatorial elections in Imo, Kogi, and Bayelsa, I spent some time in Bayelsa State earlier today with my dear friend, Gov Diri Douye, as he prepares for his gubernatorial re-election bid.
During our visit, we paid a courtesy call to the Obenibe of the Epie Kingdom, HRM King Malla Sasime, where we received a warm welcome from His Majesty and the Chiefs of the great Kingdom.
One thing that struck me was the camaraderie and forward-thinking governance of Governor Diri, who has proven himself to be a man of the people and a bridge-builder through his actions and character.
This is why I call on all the good people of Bayelsa State to come out in large numbers on Saturday, November 11th and vote for Governor Diri.
I am confident that he is the man to continue leading Bayelsa State for the next four years!
