Real Estate: Here Is The Region Declared “Development Planning Area” By Bayelsa

Bayelsa State Government under the administration of Governor Duoye Diri has taken immediate measures to control development and building on the stretch of the GloryDrive from East West road.

Consequent upon that, all plots of land around the GloryDrive road from the Zarama bridge through the Gateway to Ecumenical centre and through to Tombia-Amassoma road and then to Onopa end on the stretch have been proclaimed “Development Planning Area” to prevent haphazard building of structures and to ensure great aesthetic in the Yenagoa city.
