Rape Scandal: D’Banj’s Former Manager – And Key Witness – Frank Amudo Released From Detention

Sources disclosed that Frank Amudo, the former manager of the D’Banj ( Dapo Oyebanjo)  has been released.

The ‘’seeing’’ was in Lagos State after news of the former manager’s arrest and detention at the SFU, in Lagos State.

Frank who is a witness in the rape allegation against his former client was reportedly arrested by the Police as part of the investigation into the rape allegation made against D’Banj by Seyitan Babatayo.

Babatayo named Amudo as a witness against D’Banj.

The former manager was picked up by the police in the face of allegations – made popular by Kemi Olunloyo – that he masterminded the rape allegations.

Amudo has slammed a N200m libel suit on Olunloyo for defamation while Seyitan has hit the town with claims of harassment by D’Banj in an alleged desperate bid to sweep the allegation under the carpet.

The Inspector-General of Police Mohammed Adamu ordered a comprehensive investigation into the case as a result of the widespread public interest it has generated, especially with human rights groups – and top government officials – Seyitan to get justice.
