Political Thugs Snatch Oyo Guber Aspirant, Alao Akala’s Loyalist, Kabiru Adesokan’s House Of Reps Nomination Form, Credentials

Information filtering in revealed Kabiru Adesoka, one of the key men of of former governor and gubernatorial aspirant, Alao Akala was at the receiving end of growing assault in the politics of Oyo state.

Information available to societynowng.com revealed, he was recently swooped on by agents of rival political interest and his nomination form, voter’s card and original credentials were snatched in violent assault on his person.

The crowd puller for the political support of Mr Akala is seeking to become a Federal House of Representatives Member representing Egbeda\ Ona Ara area Oyo state.

The nomination form, voters card and his original credentials were all in an envelope with him, when he was reportedly attacked.

Further revelations revealed the incident comes on the heels of threats against his person and ambition as a result of association with former governor Akala.

‘ the act was to deter him from contesting and reduce his influence as well to show he cant protect himself, not to talk of those he is lobbying for support in the face of growing threats and intimidation’ an insider analysed.

Adesoka is a popular figure in his Egbeda\ Ona Ara Federal Constituency.

As fear of reprisal attack against perpetrators of the envelope snatching assault looms, the Police are said to have wade in and effected ‘a couple of arrest’.
