Ogun Dep Speaker Removed From Office

Oludare Kadiri, the Deputy Speaker of the Ogun State House of Assembly has been removed from office.

This development comes barely a week after his arrest and detention by the police for allegedly leading thugs to the home of the Secretary to the State Government Tokunbo Talabi.

Kadiri reportedly survived the first move to remove him from his position as Deputy Speaker earlier in the week but failed to muster the support that got him that reprieve today.

The removal of Kadiri as the Deputy Speaker of the Ogun State House of Assembly is believed to be the fallout of going against the SSG who is a passionate ally of the Governor Dapo Abiodun.
