He just rented out all of 36 luxury flats in Ikoyi, Lagos.

He owns all the units contained in three structures inside a walled off ‘expanse’ of land.

The property is located on Olu Holloway.

According to an insider ‘all of the properties were taken up before the chairman of Honeywell group finished construction!’

But the terms of tenancy could not be confirmed by societynowng.com – though there are inferences it is ‘exorbitant based on the location. The flats are situated in the Hi-end area of Lagos state.
