Mr Akinfemiwa, owns Premiere building, the property that houses the office space of Famfa Oil Limited.

Famfa is the investment that sprouts the riches that brought Alakija into international reckoning as the richest black woman alive.

It produces Alakija, a notable fashion tailor and former president Fashion Designer Association of Nigeria (FADAN) $1M (N159m) per day.

The company’s flagship office is located on Ajose Adeogun street Lagos. The building, a 2 story affair is owned by bank boss Akinsola Akinfenwa.
