Muiz Banire Becomes “The Main Man” As Tinubu’s Structure Falls Further Apart

The prophecies of Muiz Banire, the former commissioner in Lagos state and Legal Adviser of the All Progressives Progressive Congress at the national level have come to be.

And he is quietly becoming the “go to” man as things fall apart for Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu at his political base, the Lagos state chapter of the All Progressives Congress.

Banire – a product of the Tinubu political movement – warned the influential politician years back that his leadership style would cause an implosion in his support base.

Tinubu is accused of single-handedly determining who becomes what and severely sanctioning those deemed disloyal.

Banire , a beneficiary of such an approach, argued that as a startup strategy Tinubu’s leadership style was “perfect” – but as the movement grows the need for a more “democratic system” required.

The former commissioner did not just “say”, he attempted to “affect a change as well”.

He was labeled “disloyal” and “faced stiff opposition” and “persecution” from the movement he belongs.

But all that he warned off and for all the reasons he spoke against have taken hold of Lagos APC.

Parallel structures are springing up as factional agendas shred the “formidable unity” that transformed the party groomed by Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu into an intimidating force.

Based on the “trouble” that has turned “lieutenants” into “enemies”, Tinubu is fighting the battle of his life to remain relevant home and abroad.

Emerging details have it that as things fall apart, more and more aggrieved Politicians are quietly siding with Banire to key in on the solutions he offered at the time he gave his “prophesies”.

“It is ironic…Banire is silently becoming popular as things fall further apart for Lagos APC and the Tinubu structure because more people, those who are fighting for the survival of the movement are now seeing things Banire’s way and trying to key in on the solutions he proffered when he warned of imminent implosion” a source disclosed.

Checks by societynow however revealed making “corrections” would certainly not be as “easy” as when Banire issued his warnings.

“Because a lot of water has passed under the bridge and passionate, do or die selfish agendas have taken hold of the once formidable structure in radically different ways” an insider stated.
