The mess trailing the All Progressives Congress gubernatorial primary is far from over.

Information has unearthed more rot in the shadow election that gave victory to Gboyega Oyetola, the choice of Governor Rauf Aregbesola and Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

Oyetola is the step-brother to Tinubu and also chief of staff to Aregbesola.

Aregbesola and Tinubu are alleged to have co-opted new national chairman of the party Adams Oshiomole into the plot to make Oyetola party candidate at all cost.

The development has resulted in a chain reaction that is unearthing myriads of scandals about the shadow elections as many eyewitnesses come forward with astounding allegations of how Oyetola became winners.

The reports are currently being compiled for a major action against the party, the national chairman Oshiomole and the adjudged winner.

One of such reports reads

“Report of APC gubernatorial primaries held in Boripe local govt on Friday 20th July,2018.

As part of my desire to effectively monitor the election I decided to sleep at Iree on Thursday night,19th July 2018 and that made it possible for me to move round all the three wards in iree.

While I was moving round I ran into a group of thugs who were threatening to deal ruthlessly with anyone who would not vote for Gboyega Oyetola, and this matter was promptly reported to an elder in town (ALH. Kodir) who immediately summon Engr. Kazeem Salami (commissioner for works and transport) and he promised to call them to other.

As at 1.30pm, there was no presence of official that would conduct the election, except that hon. Bello, engr Salami and Banik were moving round and chatting with people. I noticed that names of people were been entered into an excersise book by the P.A to Hon. Bello ( member representing boripe constituency in the state house of assembly)under his supervision.

”Few minutes to 2.pm in my own ward a group of men suddenly appeared and started counting unidentified people who had earlier been imported from an unknow place into my ward (11) without a possession of membership registration card with a promise to pay each of them #2000 even though later each of them got #500. The official later announced that they counted six hundred eligible voters within a shortest time of two minutes.Thesame scenario played out in the two other wards in Iree.

In Iragbiji, I got a report that those who had membership card and wanted to vote were chased away by armed thugs because of their refusal to identify with Gboyega Oyetola.”
