The chairman of the Osun state All Progressives Congress Gubernatorial primary election has resigned.

Sources disclosed the Zamfara state governor, Abubakar Yari resigned to protect his name his name and integrity.

The shadow election scheduled to hold on Thursday July 19 2018 is shifted indefinitely as a result of the erupting controversy decorating the process.

Outgoing Governor Rauf Aregbesola is accused of desperate attempts to manipulate the process.

Leading candidate Kunle Rasheed Adegoke was forced to come put strongly against Aregbesola to put the allegations on record.

Added revelation has it that member of the committee Senator Ovie Omo Agege has taken over as Acting Chairman.

Omo Agege reportedly staged a meeting with all seventeen aspirants jostling to become party candidate late yesterday on how to resolve the situation on ground.
