Glimpse of what to expect at the upcoming grand burial ceremony of Mubashiru, the younger brother of late philanthropist Moshood Kashimawo Abiola may be quietly coming to the fore.

The venue and numbers of days earmarked for the celebration of life and time of the late Mubashiru is changed.

It is now a one day affair – instead of two as earlier planned.

The new sole date is revealed as Saturday November 14.

Friday November 13 and Saturday November 14 were initially pegged before the change.

Additional information available to societynowng.com also revealed Sports club is no more the venue.

Sources claimed another event not in anyway connected to the Abiola’s is already fixed for saturday November 14 at the place.

‘A more elaborate and upscale event is booked for the day at sports club’ a source claim.

A keen follower of event however claim the AbIolas didn’t finetune arrangement of using the place with managers of the event centre before a more serious client approached took over the day.

Sources claim the burial organisers are curiously claiming the venue already booked before they chose a date as reason for the change.

The new venue is said to be located in Agbeloba area of Abeokuta, Ogun state.

Commenting on the unfolding developments a source who should know stated ‘ from what I am seeing, the burial may not be as grand as expected’
