Mass Resignation Looms In Ogun PDP Over Adebutu’s Leadership Style

Emerging details have it that is a threat of mass resignation currently rocking the leadership of the Ogun state chapter of the People’s Democratic Party.

And the reason is said to be purely as a result of the alleged leadership style of party sponsor and leader Ladi Adebutu.

The gubernatorial aspirant who doubles as the official state leader is accused of running a “dictatorial style of leadership”.

He is said to have gone as far as ordering state executives to shop for funds else where while he doles out funds to party chieftains with political clouts here and there.

Sources claim a group of concerned party officials is threatening to resign their position in protest against the leadership style of the gubernatorial aspirant.

“They want to show lack of confidence in him as party leader by distancing selves from his conducts” a source stated.

Societynow.ng gathered that the threat comes after several efforts to let Adebutu see the reason for “an all-inclusive” approach to running the party failed.
