Minister for Interior Affairs, Rauf Aregbesola has entirely thrown himself into the campaign to secure a second term for Lagos Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu.
The master of grassroots politics who recently reconciled with the Bola Tinubu political camp is engaged in a house-to-house campaign for Sanwo-Olu.
SocietyNow.Ng gathered that the house-to-house campaign sees Aregbesola knocking on the doors of residents and explaining why Sanwo-Olu, the gubernatorial candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) for March 18, 2023, election deserves a second – and the candidates of the party in the State House of Assembly need to be voted.
“Aregbesola’s message is that this is the time for Lagos to reap bountifully with Tinubu as President. And this will be easily done by ensuring Tinubu’s party, APC retains power in Lagos state” SocietyNow.Ng learned.
Aregbesola’s house-to-house campaign is said to have spilled from Alimosho into Agege at pres time.
“He was in Agege yesterday meeting with everyday people” SocietyNow.Ng gathered.
