How Lagos Lagos Labour Party Supporters Are Unknowing Trying To Make Bode George New Godfather

Supporters of Gbadebo Rhodes Vivour, the Labour Party gubernatorial candidate in Lagos State have been told they are on the verge of making veteran politician, Bode George the new Godfather in the politics of Lagos state.

Rhodes – Vivour is enjoying massive support from people kicking against the unrelenting hold of a master politician on the politicos of Lagos state.

Social commentator very conversant with the politics of Lagos – and Nigeria -, Richard Akinola 11 has, however, pointed out that the supporters of the Labour party gubernatorial candidate in Lagos state are unwittingly passionately seeking to enthrone the very thing they are against.

Akinola 11 in a post today, March 15, 2023, explains that

….Just thinking aloud. Gbadebo contested the PDP Governorship primaries with Jandor. He lost. Bode George asked Jandor to pick him as running mate, because he is the son of his friend, Jandor refused. 

According to him, he left APC because of a god father and could not be saddled with another god father in PDP. Bode George then asked Gbadebo to move to Labour Party.

 Suddenly, Bode George’s guy has become the new face of Lagos! 🤣You are angry at a god father in APC, hence you are rooting for the guy, yet, unknown to you, you are trying to enthrone another god father in the person of Bode George. 

Out of emotion, some are not seeing the larger picture of the politics playing out. Just thinking aloud.
