Ahead of the May 29, 2023 swearing-in of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu as the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, sources disclose that many aides of outgoing President Muhammadu Buhari are lobbying to retain their posts.

The information available shows that they are making the move on the premise that the transition from the government of Buhari to Asiwaju Tinubu is an intra- party affair and that government is a continuum.

The Aso Rock presidential villa informally known as Aso Rock is the nation’s seat of power – work place and the residence of the President since 1991.
