Insurance Boss Ebele Nwachukwu “Disrupts” Industry With Daring Steps At New Work Place

It is no longer news that insurance boss, Ebele Nwachukwu has switched her place of employment.

The former Managing Director cum Chief Executive Officer of Zenith General Insurance Company Limited now enjoys the same status at NSIA Insurance limited.

Checks by society now revealed that since she assumed office at new workplace Ebele has been taking daring steps which are currently disrupting status quo in the insurance world, especially amongst leading players.

Sources claim as part of efforts to turn around NSIA, Ebele is “poaching” top players from other firms to join her in actualizing new goals.

“Hard hits are the top firms, I don’t know how she is doing it…but she is certainly getting away with luring highly prized targets from other firms and this development is causing a bit of tension in the industry” a source explained.

Insiders explain Ebele, however, appears unfazed by all the talks of uneasiness that her daring approach at setting up a formidable team is attracting.

Sources claim she is carrying on, obviously, with her end goal as driving force.

She is said to have promised never before seen advancement at NSIA insurance when taking up the position of MD, CEO and the management is reportedly passionately backing her to achieve this objective.
