Wealthy businessman turned politician Tonye Cole is very happy again.

And the reason for this development is simple – The Appeal Court ruled yesterday that his name be included on the list of governorship candidates in Rivers State.

Tonye Cole is the gubernatorial candidate of All Progressives Congress in the coming 2019 election.

Findings revealed the billionaire co owner of Sahara Energy became very uncomfortable when a Port Harcourt court ruled his name be removed from the list of governorship candidates.

But all that have evidently gone away with yesterday’s judgement that gave a green light he could stand for the election as the flag bearer of the APC.

To actually show how happy and grateful he was about the development he took to his Instagram page to personally announce the judgement that gave him a great joy.

The Instagram message read: “I thank the God Almighty for his faithfulness. I sincerely appreciate the court of appeal for their credible judgement. I am grateful to APC for their steadfastness and I thank the people of Rivers State for their unwavering belief. The victory will definitely lead to others…”
