Musiliu Akinsanya, the suspended chairman of the Lagos State chapter of the National Union of Road Transport Union is plotting the perfect payback.

SocietyNow.Ng gathered that the target of Akinsanya famously known as MC Oluomo is Ibikunle Baruwa, the National President of the NURTW.

The information at hand revealed that MC Oluomo is spearheading underground moves to stop the re-election of Baruwa as the President of the NURTW.

Baruwa is eligible for another term next year. And he has started taking steps to actualize the dream.

“But Oluomo and his people are working against the ambition” SocietyNow.NG learned.

But for his suspension and pull out of the Lagos NURTW from the national body, Oluomo would have been campaigning for another term in office too.

Baruwa orchestrated the suspension of MC Oluomo as the chairman of the NURTW in Lagos state in the face of an intense supremacy battle over control of the massive earnings from the chapter.

MC Oluomo retaliated by pulling the Lagos state chapter of the NURTW out of the transport union with a call for the government to take over. The Lagos state government subsequently “suspended” the operation of the activities of the NURTW in its domain.

“MC Oluomo was suspended and not expelled, so he is still a stakeholder in the NURTW and he is fighting back to stop Baruwa from getting another term in office” SocietyNow.Ng gathered.
