How 3 Months Old Baby, Twins Survived Tragedy Wrecked On Commuters By Dangote Truck That Claimed Lives Of Party – Goers, Others In Sango

A three months old baby in a commercial bus and twins in a private car are some of the survivors of the tragedy wrecked by Dangote Cement branded – ferrying products – truck in Sango Ota, Ogun state earlier today.

More than eight people lost their lives when the Dangote truck rammed into a commercial bus and some private cars.

The tragedy transpired at the old Sango toll gate area in Ota.

Societynow.ng gathered that the dead include gaily dressed persons on their way to a social event that boarded the commercial bus.

The twins were in a private car, a Sienna that had one of its sides wrecked.

They escaped with minor injuries along with their parents.

Other passengers in the commercial bus that suffered the main impact – bearing party-goers – experienced ‘’serious injuries’’.

Societynow.ng gathered that commuters, walkers by the side of the road were also caught in the web of injuries.

Multiple sources disclosed that youths in the area were so angered by havoc wrecked by the Dangote truck that they set it on fire in a form of protest.

A source disclosed that the police went after – and arrested – some of the youths.

‘’It was a miracle that the three months old baby and some people in the bus that suffered the main impact from the Dangote truck survived. It was a really bad accident’’ a source stated.
