Gov Fayemi Tells Why It Shouldn’t Bother Anyone He Spends More Time In Abuja

Governor of Ekiti State Kayode Fayemi has revealed why it shouldn’t be a bother to critics that he spends more time in Abuja.

The Governor who admitted to the claims he is more in Abuja than Ekiti state explained “I know some [people] feel it. Certainly I spend more time [in Abuja] in this second term in office than I did in my first term in office.

“But, you know, that shouldn’t bother anyone beyond perception level, bother. It is whether it is telling on my performance as a governor that should be worrying,”

The Governor who is a Presidential aspirant in the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) stated his position during an appearance on Channels Television on Monday Night.
