Furious Ladi Adebutu Plots Revenge Against Kashamu Buruji Over N5billion Tax Fraud Mess

Gubernatorial aspirant Ladi Adebutu is furious.

And his angst is directed at popular enemy Kashamu Buruji.

Buruji just landed Ladi and his family into a big mess with the government.

Buruji wrote a petition to the anti-corruption agency Economic and Financial Crimes Commission alleging N5billion tax fraud against Premier Lotto founded by billionaire Kessington Adebutu with his children, including Ladi as stakeholders.

The allegation by Kashamu who owns rival business Western Lotto resulted in the invitation and detention of Ladi’s younger brother Segun Adebutu- a senior management staff Premier Lotto – as part of EFCC’s investigation into the alleged fraud.

Kashamu claimed in his petition that the operators of Premier Lotto which is better known by the street name “Baba Ijebu” failed to remit N5billion tax into the purse of the government.

Societynow.ng learned Ladi Adebutu is furious with Kashamu over the embarrassmentt the development, especially the detention of his brother, as brought to his family as the story spread like wildfire.

Insiders insist that the gubernatorial aspirant believes that the petition by the, and the spiral effect of reports of the alleged fraud and detention of his brother are all part of Kashamu’s continuing campaign against his ambition to govern Ogun state.

Premier Lotto is the cash cow of Billionaire Adebutu who is the main sponsor of his son, Ladi’s gubernatorial ambition.

Societynow.ng gathered that Ladi who is furious over the development is seeking to pay Kashamu back in his coin.

Both Kashamu and Ladi fought the gubernatorial ticket of the People’s Democratic Party in Ogun state the last general election.

They canceled out each other with Ladi officially adopted by the PDP as its candidate while the court ordered the Independent Electoral Commission to recognize Kashamu.

The candidates ended up not contesting the election and backed the flag bearers of other political parties with Kashamu winning big with his choice Dapo Abiodun of the All Progressives Congress emerging winner of the election.
