Fresh Information Confirms Heritage Bank Lied On Takeover Of HipTv Owner, Ayo Animashaun’s Bizness

Checks made by socieynow.ng on Monday morning – April 15, 2019 – confirmed Heritage Bank lied on the alleged takeover of Smooth Promotions.
Smooth Promotions is owned by a popular player in the entertainment world, Ayo Animashaun.
The business entity has on its stable Hip Tv, Headies and others.
Heritage Bank – through communication deployed by its agents – claimed to have taken over Smooth Promotions as a result of an ongoing transaction dispute as at Thursday Last week.
Heritage Bank released pictures to back up its claim.
But checks by societynow.ng on Friday proved the claim false.
Regular activities were ongoing at the off Allen Avenue business place of Smooth Promotions without any interference.
A similar check carried out by societynow.ng today, Monday, April 15, 2019, further confirmed the lie of takeover released by Heritage Bank.
‘’The company is operating normally and there was nothing at the place to justify the pictures and story of a takeover sent all over town by Heritage Bank and its agents at the time of visit’’ societynow.ng reporter stated.
Earlier checks by societynow.ng revealed that Heritage Bank attempted to takeover Animashaun’s company over allegations of owing N180million but the move proved abortive.
Heritage Bank initiated the failed attempt to physically take possession Smooth Promotions after the company owned by Animashaun slammed about a half a billion lawsuit on the Bank.
Smooth Promotions is accusing the bank of fraudulently deducting insurance premiums without remitting the money to the insurance company, charged interests that were not agreed to and a forensic audit discovered almost N200m worth of charges cooked up.
Societynow.ng learned that a date for the court’s decision is Heritage Bank’s ill-fated attempt to takeover Smooth Promotions has been fixed.
