Faith Or Farce? Tricks Pastors Use To Beat Govt’s Shut Down Order In Fight Against Coronavirus

Emerging details have revealed the tricks used by some pastors to hold services against the directive of the government.

Societynow.ng gathered that some churches held morning services as early as 5.30 and 6.00 am for an hour.

“It was quick and everything rushed, but services where held in some places” societynow.ng learned.

The services were devoid of the unusual funfare of loud singing and drumming.

Sources disclosed that the services were held very early in the morning in a move that was meant to catch the enforcers of the “no service” order unawares – and it did.

The government ordered that places of large gathering, including worship centres, be shut down in the fight to prevent the spread of the highly contagious and dreaded disease Covid-19( coronavirus).

Religious agree after great reluctance arguing that faith, instead of science is needed more than anything in this trying period.

And in the bid to beat the government directive as Sunday Services are cancelled for the second week, some Pastors have resorted to the “sneaky” method of hush-hush and very early morning services.
