Etisalat Management Investigates Alleged Rack-eteering In All Company Accounts

The management of multinational telecommunication company, Etisalat are currently engaged in a house cleansing exercise.

They are said to have initiated clinical look into the manner the company awarded this and that account.

The development is said to be aimed at circumventing alleged cases of racketeering currently rocking the organization.

This development is said to be the fall out of the exit of a top shot in the organization, Yinka Akande.

His disengagement from Etisalat was reportedly coated in issues bothering on allegation of racketeering.

He was alleged to have used his position to influence award of accounts- specified jobs- to firms has interest or stake in, even when they do not meet specified requirement.

Insiders claimed that examiners from the company’s parent company in Dubai had discovered this anomaly and the subsequent investigation led to his exit and discovery of a more deeply rooted scheme.

Sources maintained the on going investigation is aimed at sanitizing the system and revamping the system to achieve the initial aims and objectives of the telecommunication company.
