Details Why Popular King, Olubadan Is Not Happy With Wasiu Marshal “Kwam 1

Popular king Olubadan, Oba Saliu Olatunji is not happy with popular fuji musician Waisu Ayinde Anifososhe “Kwam 1”.

Sources attribute this development to how the musician almost marred the 70th birthday celebration of the most senior wife of Olubadan.

Kwam 1 who was the star attraction at the event that held at the Jogoor Hall of Grace, Ibadan reportedly stormed off stage and refused to continue his performance until after much pleadings from friends and associates.

The development reportedly marred the event and greatly saddened the Olubadan who was a former music promoter and contributed in no small measure to the career of the fuji king.

According to information monitored by societynow.ng on papermacheonline.com, ‘The Jogor Hall of Grace was filled to the brim with dignitaries, monarchs, and celebrities who came from far and wide to celebrate with the monarch and as expected, the Mayegun was at his best, dishing out the best from his music collections.

The party was going smoothly till the Master of Ceremony pleaded with K1 to give the DJ a short time to perform.

“The fuji musician was obviously angry as he stepped down from the stage but refused to come back to the stage to continue his performance.

All the pleas and gestures to get him back on stage proved futile. It took the timely intervention of Ibadan high chief, Akinade Fijabi to save the situation.”

Societynow.ng gathered that Kwam 1’s action resulted in a huge gossip at the hall filled to the brim with guests made up of monarchs, celebrities, and other shades of dignitaries from far and near.

“While Wasiu felt slighted to be asked to leave the state for a D.J to perform, his action was a direct insult on the crown of Olubadan, his wife who was the celebrant and the entire guests at the event. Olubadan was not happy with the antic he threw up ” societynow.ng learned.
