Details: SS3 Students To Resume On Monday, Places Of Worship On August 14 In Ogun State

Governor of Ogun State Dapo Abiodun has given the go-ahead for Senior Secondary School Students 3 to resume on Monday August 4 in preparation for their school leaving examination.

The resumption is premised on the ability of the schools – private and public – to put in place measures to prevent the spread of Covid-19.

The Governor made the announcement today during a live broadcast on the Covid-19 situation in Ogun State.

Societynow.ng gathered the re-opening of worship centres – Mosque, churches and other places – has been tentatively fixed for August 14.

This is also hinged on ability of the places of worship to ensure physical distancing, ensure use of face masks and temperature checks.

The Governor disclosed a monitoring team would be in place to ensure strict adherence to Covid-19 keeping safe measures at the schools and places of worships to be re-opened.
