Details: How They Did It As Main Contenders Akeredolu, Jegede & Agboola Win Their Units In Ondo Guber Election

The main contenders in the ongoing Ondo gubernatorial election have won their various polling units.

According to information available to societynow.ng Ondo state Governor and candidate of the All Progressives Congress, Rotimi Akeredolu, won his polling unit with a total of 413 votes.

The polling unit is 6 Ward 5, Isokun, Ijebu Owo.

Eyitayo Jegede flag bearer of the Peoples Democratic Party got 12 votes while Zenith Labour Party candidate, Agboola Ajayi polled zero votes.

Eyitayo Jegede, the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) also won his polling unit.

He polled 220 votes to defeat the incumbent governor and candidate of the ruling All Progressives Congress APC who got 60 votes.

The deputy governor, Agboola Ajayi of Zenith Labour Party ZLP scored seven votes at the unit.

Jegede voted at Unit 009, Ward 2, Akure LG.

The voting centre is located inside Sacred Heart Primary School, Cathedral area of Akure.

Agboola won his polling Unit in Apoi Ward II, Unit 004, Idumado Quarters, Kiribo by amassing 395 votes

His nearest rival, Akeredolu, scored 13 votes while Jegede got 5 votes
