It appears Channel Chin, the Ex-wife of Oluwo of Iwo, Osun State Oba Adewale Abdulrosheed Akanbi has disappeared from public consciousness.

She added a year on Friday, September 4, 2020, and unlike last year when she was massively celebrated, she got no mention.

The former Queen also did not put up any post to signpost the day on her known social media handle on Instagram hrh.queen.channel.

The simple post of a personal picture and wording ” +1 Today and Grateful to God for allowing me to see another year” last year, 2019, got 2,023 likes and 342 comments.

The checks made by societynow.ng revealed that the last post on the handle was on May 1, 2020, about 5months after Oluwo infamously announced that their marital union has collapsed and warned the public from dealing with his Ex-wife as the Queen of Iwo.

The May 1 post was to celebrate her son’s singing prowess.

It was a recording with the wordings “Baby Prince…He loves to sing”.

The post which has 20,870 views was liked by just two people – actresses Kemi Afolabi Adesipe and Tonto Dike (Tontolet).

The post was after the former queen leaked video recordings of Oluwo caught in different actions that took points from his public image and granted interviews that ridiculed her former husband.

A lot of people started giving her a wide birth after this irrespective of her genuine her claims were.

Societynow.ng gathered that after the infamy the former Queen’s actions brought on her ex-husband, “stakeholders” stepped in and made her understand the need to sheathe her swords and “be inconspicuous ” for the good of all.
