Former commissioner in Lagos State Aremo Adesegun Oniru has suffered public humiliation.

People who claimed to be family members (Ebi) ambushed his car and rained shouts of ole (thief) on him.

The group of persons who carried out the act defied gender.

“Awa Ebi lon ba e ja” (It is we the family that are fighting you) one those who harassed the multiple term commissioner who attempted to succeed his father, Oba Abiodun Idowu Oniru as the king of iruland declared.

A video of the unbecoming incident has been released on social media.

Aremo Oniru who rode a glimmering white Range Rover refused to engage his harassers.

He was shown in the viral video sporting a white cap and making a phone call with the side glasses of his Sport Utility Vehicle rolled up.

The connected politician had an unidentified male in the passenger seat with him at the front.

Urged on by others, one of those who surrounded Aremo Oniru removed the cover of his number plate accusing him of trying to avoid detection.

The unveiled number plate bore AAO.

Since the passage of his father and his failed attempt to take -over the throne, Aremo Oniru, and his siblings have been at odds with members of different ruling families in Iruland.
