as he commenced his campaign tour of the eight local government areas
with the Palace of the Olofin Adimula Oodua of Ado-Odo distancing itself
with the outcome of the recent Osun State governorship election cited
saying the people of the state have spoken through the ballot
while politicians and their supporters were celebrating the outcome
picking Dr. Peter Akpe as his deputy
for the people of Ogun State ahead of the 2027 elections
was an assurance that democracy would continue to flourish in Nigeria.
