APC Spokesperson Reveals Sanwo-Olu Is Under Attack

The Governor of Lagos State Babajide Sanwo-Olu is under attack.
Persons fingered as “members of the opposition” are allegedly trying to defame the Governor that is seeking a second term in office.
“The criminals generate spurious correspondences to defame Sanwo-Olu by misinforming the public about an alleged plan to compromise the electoral process.” Leye Odunjo, the All Progressives Congress (APC) spokesperson disclosed in a statement shared on social media.
Sanwo-Olu is the candidate of the APC for the 2023 Lagos state gubernatorial election.
The APC spokesperson stated that “security agents” are on the trail of the alleged perpetrators he labeled “cybercriminals and their political collaborators”.
Odunjo asserted that the persons the police are after “cloned the accounts of Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu” in sending out the “spurious correspondences to defame”.
The APC spokesperson went on to tag the development an “evil act” and “the latest ploy of the opposition to disrupt the harmony that Lagosians have witnessed since the electioneering period began” and prayed that “They will not succeed.”
