The National Union of Road Transport Workers boss and member of the All Progressives Congress in Lagos state was stabbed during the flag off campaign for gubernatorial candidate Babajide Sanwo-Olu.

The investigation conducted by societynow.ng confirms the official statement that Oluomo is in stable condition.

The Unionist is currently undergoing treatment under heavy security at Eko Hospital – where he was urgently ferried after the attack.
