6 Of Ganduje’s Commissioners Resign

Six commissioners have resigned their appointments in Kano state.

This development is on the heels of the directive by Governor Abdullahi Ganduje.

Governor Ganduje ordered all political appointees interested in seeking elective positions in the 2023 general election to leave office.

And six of his commissioners have obeyed the directive.

They include the Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, Mustapha Sule Garo; Commissioner for Rural Development, Musa Iliyasu Kwankwaso; Commissioner for Culture and Tourism, Ibrahim Karaye; and Commissioner for Budget Planning, Nura Dankadai.

Others include Sanusi Saidu Kiru, Commissioner of Education, and DG Hisbah, Aliyu Musa Kibiya
