Wike Tells What He Will Do If He Doesn’t Get PDP Presidential Ticket

Governor of Rivers State, Nyesom Wike has revealed what he will do if he doesn’t become the candidate of his party for the 2023 presidential election.

Wike is in contention for the ticket of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) alongside the likes of former Vice President Atiku Abubakar and ex-senate president Bukola Saraki.

He told the media after a meeting with stakeholders in his party in Mina, Niger State “even if I did not win the party’s ticket, I promise to work with whoever emerges as the flag bearer of our party.”

Wike visited Niger State to canvass delegates from the state to the PDP national convention to support his bid to become the presidential candidate of the party and ultimately the next President of Nigeria.
